In the heart of the well known area of Penedes, where most Cavas is made, our Cavas Mas Fi start its adventure thanks to the typical Mediterranean climate and the rich soils of the ground that provides an extraordinary blend of intense aromas and flavors to all our cavas.
During the months of August and September, when the harvesting arrives, we begin with the selection of the best grapes from different vineyard sites. Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada are the indigenous and most common grapes used for the elaboration and production of our cavas. With modern vinification techniques and through using the latest technology, our oenologists start the hard job of creating the best quality wine blend from the grape varieties described above, producing a “magic potion” that will develop into our extraordinary cavas.
